WTTF: Andrew Painter & Mick Abel

My good friend is a big fan of these young Phillies, Andrew Painter & Mick Abel - but he doesn't collect anymore. I'd love to get him just one card of each player - Topps/Bowman brands only! - preferrably Bowman Chrome or a refractor. Nothing expensive though.

1989 Pacific Cards and Comics #12 Mark McGwire (OAK) ($5)

I'd have interest in this one depending on what the back says or the front looks like. There are 2 in that year with the number 12 from Pacific Cards and Comics. Is it the "1989 USA playball USA" on the back or the one that has a large red star and says "all-star" on the front?
