Hello everyone,
I'm slowly getting back into trading/actively collecting. I last actively worked on the 1999 Fleer Sports Illustrated Greats of the Game Autograph set in 2010 or so. Going to give it another try. The design and photography of these cards is what appealed to me originally. Most of the cards in this set are reprints of historic Sports Illustrated magazine covers. This set contains a nice mix of HOFers and fan favorite types who actually had very few cards during their playing or managing careers.
I have lots of certified autographs, GU and RC to trade. For some of these tougher needs, I have HOF autographs in my PC which I can offer, including GOTG autos from other years. I'm eventually building a new site and trade list threads. For now, let me know your needs and I'll see what I have to offer. Keep in mind that I last actively collected 12+ years ago. I have an extensive inventory from 1995-2010, with some vintage, but very little material newer than 2010.
When I last actively worked on this set, I had 60 of the 80 cards in this set (or, counting the 3 Reggie Jackson variations as separate cards, 82 cards). As I unpack, sort and confirm/document what I have, I will update these lists (hence the term likely need list...I may have a few of them already sitting in other boxes).
As my needs gradually become haves, I know the last few will be difficult to obtain. Hopefully I'm prepared for the quest!
