I would do the top three autos you listed for the Blue and the Friend. The Blue is either pictured with the Athletics or Royals and either has a BV of $15. Beckett OPG does not list a BV for the Friend auto. I have several of those cards from other players and they used them to give to fans. They were not circulated otherwise, as far as I know. Similar to a TTM auto.
