is it time to buy(invest) sell or hold on him? your thoughts please...thanks

If you have his stuff I would hold and see what team wins the rights to negotiate with him. If he signs I would then wait until the start of the season and hope he starts out strong because you will see the type of hype Nomo and Dice-k got early on in my opinion.
