They are called Power Balance Bracelets and are supposed to help with........... you guessed it balance.

That's what lifting weights is for and in ARod's case steroids also help. LOL

I would think they would have a different name than Power Balance Bracelets if they didn't help with balance. I also have one myself so I should know.

lol make sure they use the good solid ones and not the cheap flimsy ones would be kinda nice to see him with a hockey smile next year
