My First Ever PSA Submission Popped Tonight!

I have to say that I'm pretty happy overall with my first submission! I really thought the Trammell/Molitor would be a 6 on a bad day and a 7 on a good day. I also thought the Jackson would be a 10 and that the second Mauer would be at least a 9. I'm very happy with everything else though! Sorry, no scans until the cards arrive.

Nice sub! I feel that PSA is generally a bit more strict than BGS but also a lot less consistent. I've only graded two modern cards with PSA; both were very clean but got 9s likely due to centering whereas my '10 BC PSA 10 has a bunch of dimples on the back. Ever grade with BGS? If so, how do you feel they compare?

bear0555 - I've never sent anything to BGS myself. I've heard very similar things to what you said from numerous people though. I couldn't really give you a good reason why, but I seem to favor PSA of BGS. Maybe because I like the red flips!
