2013 Heritage question

I ripped 6 rack packs of Heritage and have a card I can't figure out. It's #422 (E. Nunez). The back is black instead of orange. It's the only one like this in the entire batch.

Any info out there?

It is a Venezuelan Reproduction. Check here: http://www.cardboardconnection.com/2013-topps-heritage-baseball-cards. They are actually pretty tough pulls. About 1 per hobby box I believe.
