This one should be on the Panini Wall of Shame. These guys get paid for signing these, and we pay good money to buy packs and boxes. The least Panini could do is hold these players to higher standards. If this is his real signature, so be it, but I have a feeling he just rushed through them as fast as he could and sat back down to play XBox. And the players that do this should have a little pride in what they're putting out there. I paid $2.50 for this and still feel ripped off!!

Literally that is just a mark. But if you send it in to get graded the autograph part will come back a 10. I've seen that before speciically with CeeDee Lamb and his sideways 8 auto.

I know handwriting is a lost skill but at least print your name.

Some things are better left unsaid.....🤫😁 It was a bunch!
I bet! If you do a marathon of refractors I may have to take a 2 month break!! lol
I kid... really like seeing different cards. Even if I have no idea who the players are!

He might not know how to print his name based on this. Even the "X" is barely an "X"!! lol

All these new terms in baseball... probably not new to you guys. But a "whiff rate"??? How many stats do they keep up with nowadays? If I ever have a son and he asks "when will I ever need math in the real world?" I can honestly say "when your watching baseball!!"

I;ve noticed all these sports make up new meaningless stats to make obscure accomplishments seem monumental.. Football is really notorious for this. During a game the announcer will breathless;y say "Player X is the first player to rush for 50 yards and have 40 yards receving in 6 consecutive games since Player Y in 1965". After hearing this they expect the "ignant" fans to go "OMG! That is unreal!" They call this Next Gen States. I call it a lot of "Bullish".

I absolutely hate those too... I yell at the TV "Who cares?!" And who do they pay for looking that stuff up?? Most of them are so far outta left field no one would ever think to look that stuff up. It's gotta be AI...

Could be a map to his drug dealers house........

Well, it's still May 6th. That means it's Willie Mays birthday. Born in 1931.
He's also a Korean War Veteran. Instead of combat, though, he instructed physical fitness at Fort Eustis in Virginia from 1952-1954. No doubt the soldiers under his training went into combat with exceptional endurance and determination. He also played baseball for The Wheels in the Army where it's said he learned his over the shoulder basket catch from a fellow soldier and player. In 1954 he was honorably discharged after breaking his foot and spraining an ankle. He immediately returned to New York and helped the Giants win the 1954 World Series.
