9/9 received. I have done the draft order randomization. I will post the pictures and the draft order here in this thread - I would recommend starting a new thread specifically for the draft and copying the draft order to that thread for reference. Still need postage from one person - will message them privately.

you can go ahead and start up the draft. I have pictures from 4 people, including yours. once the card lists and draft thread are up, folks can start trading picks and you can select a start time for first pick to be on the clock.

OK, I would like to start it tomorrow morning, but doesnt seem fair since I don;t think all 9 will see this tonight. So, I'm gonna make a seperate thread tionight and we will start at 8am EST on Monday morning. I'll post the rules and junk on that post. (they have already been started in this threaed, but just putting there to reiterate.
your show, your call. I edited the draft order and @'d everyone so they should get a notification that they were tagged in a post. I will be offline most of Sunday & Monday, but will try and keep track of things as best I can.
Being that this is a holiday weekend, many people will be busy and traveling (including myself). I'd recommend not starting till at least Tuesday due to this. Tomorrow is the actual holiday.

Hey fellas. So 1st, last I read Andy said he wasnt into the pics thing so I didnt take any. If anyone has an issue with any of my stuff, they can bring it to me and work it out, but wouldnt send anything I wouldnt personaly take. 2nd I sent cards I thought others would actually want, MaHomes,Z.Wilson rcs, Lawrence rcs. I feel like a lot of this is just over BV stuff that had no takers but BV is still 15-20 or whatever. I would rather a base lawrence rc then a GU auto of someone who played 8 snaps in the NFL. Again thats not everything and this is just one mans opinion, nothing I sent in is life changing, Im not mad and still think this will be fun and a good idea, but I thought this was more about sending in stuff that others would want in there collection and not dumping over valued stuff of garbage players. Again thats not all of it, theres some cool stuff, but I have a pile of 20-40 BV autos and game used of guys like Aaron Dobson, Chad Jackson, Nkeal Harry and every other BB WR swing and miss that book for 25 or whatever, but who wants those? Anyway just my 2 cents. Stoked to get this going and enjoy the holiday fellas. Thanks -Rick
This is actually more about two things...first...increasing activity on the site, and am glad that you feel comfortable enough to express your opinion, that is what the site needs, and second, moving cards around that you dont want for a shot at other cards you may want...the draft is all about one man's junk is another man's treasure! Glad you are involved!
Yeah, @RickB81 . I was trying to keep pretty much the exact same thoughts to myself since I started it and kinda felt I should remain neutral, but yeah. I have a ****** Charlie Batch parallel that books at like $50 for no good reason. I remember thinkin "I hope people dont send in junk like this for the bv, and well, some kinda did. I'm disappointed and don't think I'd do this again without some definite agreeing amongst the members ahead of time to not send in just whatever as long as Beckett gives it a certain number. Again, not sure if ai shoulda said anything since this was my deal, but now that I think about it, why should anyone else have to? So thank you Rick for speaking up, and I wish I would have sooner when I was feeling the same way. Ultimately this was an experiment and not all experiments turn out great results. Also, let's face it, this is pretty much a baseball site and trying something like this with only another sport was probably silly, but **** it. No one died as a result and I know to not bother with it again.

The irony here is this site is obsessed with BV... going by actual market prices (ebay sales) and this doesn't happen.
It's fine though - this is just for fun. hopefully no one gets burned too bad and only sent in things they're willing to part with.

Thanks and i dont think this cant work with some tweeks, and im not saying i sent in the greatest cards in the world, but sent cards I thought collectors would want, not my junk. I know one mans trash is another mans treasure, but sometimes trash is trash. All about getting people involved on the site, but I was sweating it out over what to send, and seeing what others sent, I honestly would pick some of my own cards back! Again I think this can work and still think it would be fun, just need to tweak the rules. I also agree this is a heavy baseball site and Im mostly a football and basketball guy, but maybe we need to go by recent sales and do $10 a card or something? Just spit balling but that eliminates the over BV autos and GU junk since that $25 Aaron Dobson sells for $1! Anyway still exited and ready for some fun!
I don't think BV is going to cut it for this kind of thing people take advantage of it people bank on sending trash and getting something decent in return I mean how about the criteria has to be at least a star player or set some kind of bottom line I am not trying to offend people but someone sent in a Henry Ruggs auto the man is in the penitentiary for vehicular manslaughter NOBODY is going to want a card of someone like that at least send in cards that has potential upside I mean a chunk of cards sent in aren't of anyone who had any kind of NFL career I atleast sent decent cards in of legit stars past and present.
