Sent 2 CICs on 10/28/09, returned both today unsigned, with a note on my letter saying "Sorry, don't autograph Index Cards."
Even though Knicely didn't sign the CICs, it was nice getting them back because I mostly send CICs and I feel that alot of them don't get returned because players dont sign Index Cards. At least he took the time to let me know that. Oh well.
