200 Fleer Showcase...Are some #ed?

I am documenting my cards into an excel file, and came across this card:

2004 Fleer Showcase Miguel Tejada #99

On the top of the card, on the back, it looks like it says 2 X 500...Is this card #ed /500, or what is that? Thanks.

The base set was not numbered. Cards 101-130 were Sp'sinserted 1:6 hobby and 1:12 retail.
