I think this is the highest debut, Steve Kelly - 24% (1st year). Could he be the first to be elected?
 
I think Cordova, Oswalt, and Kelly have the best shots at being the first in from the currently-retired players. I imagine someone who retires later on will get in before them as the system is made for electing off a full career (since we started 2007, we are only 8 seasons in at this point)

I was surprised that John Higgins came in a low as he did.

I think Rich Harden will have a good shot of being one of the first elected in a couple of years when he retires. I will miss him once he retires.

Kelly was hard to trade but Elmer Williams did produce for me. Wish he didn't get greedy
