I don't have any from the set yet, so I could use any of the base and parallels, not interested in the 86 inserts, but basically any of the others I could use. I know pricing is not yet, but can generally go with the prior year for most as a guideline. How would you like to proceed?

I'm having trouble getting to your $22 estimate on the base. Looking at last year's pricing at Beckett online I'm getting closer to $12.
Here is the breakdown per card - .6/.75/.6/.75/1.5/1.5/1.5/$4/.75
Possibly the Sanchez could be a bit higher, but the others seem right. If you could include the Trout #27 $4, I think that puts us close enough.

Yes, the difference is mostly the Sanchez. I had that pegged at $12 - Justification is that the Topps Base is $6. Looking at 2020 Topps, the Alvarez base is $6, the Chrome is $12 (additionally, the Bichette is $5 and Chrome is $25). Therefore I think the $12 is close. Instead of the Trout - maybe you can remove the Devers 85 Topps and Mirror Image?
