A Black Day

...Black and Copper day, to be more accurate:





One of my best eBay purchases...I stumbled upon this lot of 33 Topps Black and Copper Oakland A's and won it for $41 delivered, about $1.25 a card. I can't win single Topps Black A's for 3 times that price 90% of the time. The Dallas Braden Copper RC alone books for $40. As luck would have it, I believe I need every single one of these cards, so none are for trade.

i did the same thing from this seller on ebay for the 2010 and 2011 oakland a's complete run of the black parallels including updates! he also threw in the 2011 topps gold a's and the diamond parallels! a little under $2 card! was ecstatic! good buy for you and me both! be well!

it was a buy it now for $99.99 for about 46 blacks and then the golds and diamonds he threw in. i do the black sets, as you probably know since we have traded. needed most but do have some duplicates to trade for blacks i need. so, if you ever pickup blacks that are not a's, let me know as i have many duplicate a's to trade!

and the box was so heavy. i hate those screw down holders! it took me literally about half an hour to unscrew them all!
