I gave up to be honest. Unless you are checking back frequently, the format is a bit confusing. You don't have any dates for the games, so how does one know when the guesses are due?
 
i must have checked the wrong date, cuz i had the rockies winning 5-3. i'm confused on the dates i guess.

It's his game and he can run it any way he likes, but to leave the date of the game off just adds confusion once the game gets rolling, especially considering that people are editing their initial posts and such.

I like a nice firm set of rules myself and that is why some of my contests require a bit of reading and/or thinking. I see that most people follow, but others don't and get DQ'd!

Well...normally I start on the first of the month (as will be the case for the rest of the season,) But...since the first game was the first real game played in the states of the Birds beating the Fish on Loshe's 1 hitter...and we play a game a day...So it didn't really matter if you check in and there are games you haven't picked, I suggest picking them.

Just a point to make on game 4....The Astros scored more runs then the Rockies and, last I checked, that is how a win is determined.

If we still have 4 players...if less...then tie breakers

ok, i've got it straightened out now. if anyone wants the dates, check my post #6, i started with the tigers 10-0 win, so i know the dates are correct.

the rockies did lose that game, but starting with detroits 10-0 win, everything after that i have dated so there is no more confusion. i'll keep track from there on.

Very simple rules...pick the winning team each day and nothing happens...pick the losing team...you get a strike . Three strikes and you're OUT

All picks must be in before the starting time of the selected game. I will try to have the current game up three days before the game starts (usually as soon as Yahoo lists the starting pitchers) and have the following games selected before the current game, starts.

I am not going to be a baby sitter...this is a DAILY GAME once it starts...miss a game for what ever reason...YOU GET A STRIKE. Not being near your computer isn't an excuse...you can go to libraries, Radio Shack, hotel lobbies, etc.

[bold]I have found that it is a lot easier if you edit your picks in the same post...less post, easier to follow...Honesty is appreciated...all edits times must before the current game is played. [/bold]

PRIZES
Players that survive the first seven games without striking out, will receive a card(s) that total at least $8. I try and get cards of the team or player you collect, but can't guarentee it.

Players that survive the until the 11th game without striking out, will receive a card(s) that total at least $15. I try and get cards of the team or player you collect, but can't guarentee it.

Over all winner, will recieve up to $40 in cards.
If you're a winner up to you to lmk.

Once we get down to about four players, I will select different games for each player, and will try a find the hardest match ups.

I believe you are correct as well. The Oakland/KC game should be today's game.

Only one player has picked the tribe and everyone is picking the Angels...
So if tribe wins three of the two are gone and three players will pick all the games on Friday the 13th
If the Sox win...the two players with one will pick all the National League games on the 13th and the three players two will pick the AL games...and the one player will go looking for Jeremy Lin...please pm your picks and I will list after I have all the picks.
