From what I understand he comes to see Fred Wilpon(his childhood friend) at the start of camp every year for one day. I do not know his itinerary but that is what has happened the last couple of years. I do consider myself extremely lucky as my wife waited with me for 1.5 hours and knew this was a once in a lifetime chance.
