jaderock, thanks for the kudos. I do not have my collection organized as nicely as yours nor is mine as complete as yours. I don't think that completion rate is possible with Ripken, however I have passed the 500 different auto mark and am right at 6000 different cards as of present. I havent logged my cards as of 1/1/08, so I could be off a handful or two.

Yes the patch is authentic, in 06 each card version had a 1/1 produced which contained a patch.

Are the 2008 Sweet Spots going to fade like the 2007? I was wondering if it's worth picking any of them up.

The info I've recieved is that they have done away with the synthetic baseball they used in 2007 and have used something similar to earlier year Sweetspots.
So hpefully these will not fade.

They are- 1/1, /25, /30, /99, /240, /525, /1350.

They are getting harder to find.
