Many of you have seen my Brooklyn Dodgers card that I have been working on lately, well recently I sent it out to former Brooklyn Dodger Bob Borkowski and he did not sign my card, but did sign my protective index card. Doesn't really do me any good since I don't collect signed index cards, but at least I got something back I guess. I will have to do some research on who to send it out to next.

I also got this via trade for my Mark Teixeira PC!

Sorry about your disappointment. =( I haven't had such a big defeat yet, but I have not been very adventurous and have restricted primarily myself to Tigers.

On the positive, that's an awesome-looking Borkowswki auto, and your penmanship isn't so bad, either. LMK if I have any needs you want in exchange for your index card.

Something is better than nothing, but on the card would have been so much better. Don't forget about Diamond Jim, Jim Gentile, played 4 games in '57 for Brooklyn.

Jim Gentile would be a nice addition to that card. Nice success on the IC, Andrew. A success is a success is a success.

could be much worse!!!
saw this one on SCN from Rocky Bridges
Card signed by 4 other 52' Dodgers was either kept or lost by Mr. Bridges and replaced with a signed 3x5.. Im a little sad but thats part of it

hope you get some more on it...
