So I sold a card on ebay, with Signature Confirmation, and it was delivered yesterday. I have proof of delivery obviously, but this buyer does not leave feedback for sellers. Do I have to wait until Paypal's 90 day protection is up before I would be safe using the money he sent me? I'm afraid of spending it then in about a month the guy filing an Item Not As Described claim. I guess what I'm asking is, is there nothing I can do about a claim like that??

I'm not sure there is much you would be able to do. In my experience at least 25-33% of eBay buyers not leave any feedback at all. So my thoughts are if you feel you promptly delivered the item as described in your auction then you should be all set to spend the money.

Thanks for the input. I just looked and out of the 14 feedback he has left for sellers, 6 of them have been negatives!

Yes, as a seller I always leave feedback after the buyer pays. He has 600+ positives, and he has spent over $1K on cards in the last week or so, I am just nervous about spending the money and having to come up with it again if he files a claim. Oh well, nothing can be done about it I guess, just wait.
