He sure is 2011 Buyer alright, but 2011 payment he is not. He's buying items and paying for some and not others. It's certainly not a funds issue - he's buying some big ticket items. But myself and others had to file NPBs and they went through with no response from him.
I imagine he'll be banned before long, but if you sold stuff to him and haven't been paid, it's probably not coming.
He bought a 2011 Bowman Bryce Harper Auto off me and didn't pay (probably b/c he overpaid at $485 at the time).
Kinda stinks b/c they are now substantially less and the only loser in the deal is me
