Etopps site down???

Ihave been having problems all morning trying to connect, only with this site so I know its not my connection etc.. Anyone else having this problem? I sold some cards on ebay and was trying to transfer but can't connect!

nevermind its back up now!

Could have been under sleige or down for updates. My paypal site was down last night for updates (information was highlight on paypal last night). Best regards, David
