One successful return yesterday: Former Rangers/Royals/Brewers/Cubs, Jim Sundberg, c/o home in about 3 weeks.
Also, I received back a note from Fred Whitfield's daughter stating that Mr. Whitfield died on Jan 31 from lung cancer. Sad news to hear. However, I had sent extra cards for Mr. Whitfield to keep and his daughter did so. She stated that she did not have any cards of her father from his playing days. So it was nice to be able to provide a little something to his family during their time of grief.
