One thing to add, be on the lookout for freebies and autographs in addition to the pay for autographs. They will be at booths throughout the show.
Plan ahead of time. Make a list of what you are looking for. I usually make a sweep of the whole place to see who has what and then go back to the dealers that have what I am looking for.
I did the VIP package a few years ago in cleveland and got a lot of autographs that way. You get in the front of the line so its not as long a wait.
