hello,
how long does it take for the help desk to get back to me? i submitted a ticket almost a week ago regarding help resetting my password and havent heard anything back from them. im having trouble resetting my password, i forgot my current password and need to change it(im logged on because my computer saved m current password upon log on) but to change it it says to enter current password! but i dont know it and to make matters worse, i cant use the reset password option because, i just recently changed my password, so if i did that, it would send an email to an email address i dont have any longer, i dont want to get locked out from logging on! and dont want to create a new account because ill loose my feedback..any suggestions?
