How do you tell a card is fake?

Hi all,
I've been collecting alot of vintage lately and all has been good so far, but I just wanted some opinoins on how to tell if a card is a duplicate.
I have been using a magnifing glass and looking for print spots ,but are there better ways and is this a good method to use??

Any shared knowledge would be appreciated,
