Hi all,
I went to a local signing with a current MLB pitcher, the proceeds are all going to a transplant patient. Went early this morning and waited in line until they opened the doors.Bought 3 raffle tickets for a chance to win a basket full of signed stuff.Madison Bumgarner is from the town and went to same high school as i did just 20 years later, lol. In any case, it was $10 per item, so i got 2 cards signed and got a chance for a brief hello and such with Madison. Not often you get a chance to meet and talk to a World Series champion player. It was a nice turnout to help a great cause.

Thanks all. Was a great event.I hope they raised alot as well, transplant operations are obviously not cheap.

Thanks all. As much fun as it was for me, the kids that were there loved it more I'm sure and Madison was very gracious and polite. Not always the case with a professional athlete, though I know he knew it was for a friend and a great cause.
