Is postage for a padded yellow envelope still $2.54?

I haven't traded in a couple months, and I heard that some postage rates recently changed...

Can anyone please tell me whether postage for a typical small padded yellow envelope, which had been $2.54, has changed?

I get the small padded envelopes for 1 or 2 cards. Cost me 68 cents yesterday

I just sent a small padded envelope with approx. 30 cards in it from NY to Kentucky today and it cost me $2.70.

It's $2.60 (up to 8ozs) for me with tracking through Paypal. Not really sure what the rate is when you walk it in to the Post Office.
