Is this an uncorrected error from 2007 Topps?

I was sorting some 2007 Topps Red Backs and noticed the exact same picture on 2 separate cards.

576-Yunieksky Betancourt w/ His picture on front and back.
588-Jose Guillen w/ Betancourt's exact same picture on front and Guillen's on back.

Are they all like that?
