id say theres a chance its fake due to the scatch on the bottom right corner...butreally cant tell

No idea, as I don't collect hockey, but that seems like a really high serial number for a patch. Probably the biggest red flag.

I'd say real.. Without looking at others from that product.. the patch doesnt look so extreme that it would be a fake

Real, The Cup set has amazing patches, check ebay for more. There are wings ones with the wing wheel being clear as well.

However, the only sketchyness is the #ed/249... Check ebay for other rookie patches or jersey autos/249.

After looking on Ebay I'd stick with real:
