So after many years of wanting one of these cards, I finally broke down and had a "eBay garage sale" and raised enough cash to get one. I found a nice SGC 10 on ebay and asked the seller if they would take less and we agree to an off-feebay price. So here it is, an 1887 Old Judge N172 Emmett Seary SGC 10 (due to a border chip on the front, and paper loss of the back, very common for these cards):

Look at the photo registry!!!

If anyone is looking for one of these to add to their collection, I urge you to visit http://www.davidbvintage.com/ and check out his ebay store (http://stores.ebay.com/DavidBVintage-Cards). David went above and beyond with his communication, pricing, and shipping time!

Thanks for looking, Jeremy

Hmmm! Why is the POOR with one below it? Best regards, David

It is a SGC 10 which is a 1 (Poor), basically a PSA 1, because of paper loss on the back, which is common for these cards since most of them were pasted into albums.
