I was going to show this in the recent pick-up thread, but I figured it would be buried by Bagwells and A's items;) .

I don't have it in hand yet, but the seller is an acquaintance of mine who I know from a now defunct card shop and is local, so I will probably arrange an in-person pick up if I can.

This is a team acknowledgement roster sheet from the 1975 Bellingham Dodgers. This is the first year of organized ball for a young 18 year old pitcher named Dave Stewart, who was 0-5 that year (the team was 17-61!!) but would go on to some decent success at the MLB level! Although very cool to have him, I was actually more interested in the three other future big leaguers; Myron White, Mark Bradley & Brad Gulden. All are more obscure and seemingly tougher (either that, or nobody really cares enough to list any) signatures, and this is as close to "certified" as you can get for that era. I also like the local history aspect. Bellingham is about 1.5 hour drive north of where I live. They hosted a number of MLB affiliates from 1973-1996 (Dodgers, Mariners & Giants), including a team that featured Ken Griffey Jr. in the late 80s.

Sadly, no other players cracked the bigs from this roster, otherwise this could have been quite a hot Dodger collectible.

Very nice!!!
#12 on the list Eddie Rodriguez Fajardo is a former Dodgers scout and he is from my hometown Aguadilla :)

That is cool that you recognized the name. I like the additional Dodgers link.

I would collect scouts as well, but not aggressively. Ben Wade was one of the more known scouts for the Dodgers, perhaps because he was Director of Scouting and had a couple of years in the show as well. I would collect other personnel like that too (I was contemplating trying to get Dr. Frank Jobe) if I knew who they were and they weren't too unreasonable. I have signatures from several team executives and announcers from over the years and even a first name only (signed "Danny Boy") letter by the longtime king of souvenirs, the Director of Concessions, Danny Goodman himself!
