Hmm...I actually went in there last year when I was looking to buy a Prius for my wife. I didn't like how pushy the salesman was and went and bought it at Jerry's Toyota in White Marsh (where I live now).

Don't waste your stamps. He doesn't, and will never sign ttm. Your best bet is to try and find an IP signing.
I have nothing for all three. I don't suggest sending out to the DR or PR because 9/10, it's not coming back.
For what it's worth, I've had successes from Puerto Rico. Takes standard US stamps for your return SASE. Now sending to the Dominican is a different story...
I'm 1/1 getting stuff back from Puerto Rico (Willie Montanez)... If anybody has addresses, I'm still interested. I don't mind risking the loss of a few stamps.
