need help with ID of LCS pickup

found this in the quarter bin. have never seen this card and was wondering if anyone knew anything about it.

What ever it is it's unlicensed. Donruss did not make a single Jordan Baseball card.

ya figured it was unlicensed as there is no indication at all of manufacturer or year etc...feels like a regular card and just thought it was pretty cool. i was flipping through and had to double back when i registered the 86 donruss design with jordan?
