Need some help on this cal ripken card!

Is this a true 1 of 1 or are they multiples like this one or what ? I have see a lot of these on ebay but not any listed as 1 of 1..I see people list them as card #CR1 but they look the same as the one i have here and i can't find anything about it with becket..Whats the deal with this card ?

They used to number a lot of insert sets like that, "1 of 15", "45 of 50" etc. when it meant there were 15 or 50 cards in the set. I guess they numbered it "1 of 1" because there was only one card in the set. It wasn't confusing at the time, 1/1's weren't invented until the year after this card came out.
