I believe Valentine is still managing in Japan. I was watching a Rangers broadcast a few weeks ago, and Tom Grieve said there was a recent SI article about Bobby V, and how he has developed quite a following in Japan.
You may want to do some Googling and send to him there.

Thanks for the help guys. I saw some successes for Bogues c/o Charlotte Sting, so I tried to go to their websight a couple of days ago, and come up with info on the dispersal draft of their players because the team folded. Hopefully Bogues will resurface or a home addy will become avaliable. Tom
