Question about 2012 Topps

I'm just now going through a few packs I received in February. A few of them look like parallels with a sparkly golden background.

Any help in identifying them would be greatly appreciated.

They are called Gold Sparkle. I don't have the specs on their insertion odds, but the common ones book for about $1.50
