Redemption from 12 months ago

So I pulled a redemption last year, pretty much 12 months ago for Josh McRoberts for my Duke basketball collection. I redeemed it through Upper Deck and 9 months went by and nothing. I requested a replacement this past July and waited and waited until finally I got an e-mail 4 weeks ago that my replacement card was shipped.

So today I get it....

It is a UD Premiership Daniel Gibson auto numbers 16 of 25

Needless to say I am glad I got something but this whole redemption thing kinda turned my nose up at Upper Deck. I know some have gotten great customer service but I feel that they were not that great.

But I am still happy to get something back!
