is it possible to get delivery confirmation on a PWE? I want to send some ebay items I sold since it's only 1 card PWE but i also want delivery confirmation

I don't think so...
No, delivery confirmation has to either be in a Priority Mail envelope or on a package of a minimum thickness. The latter will run $1.71 with electronic rate DC another $0.19. The thing you have to ask, is it worth the extra $1.50 or so to insure you have proof of delivery or can you occassionally take a loss with a shady deal that you have to make good?
