Breaking the rules a bit today and dropping 2 cards - these are the last cards that I picked up yesterday at the Philly Show to knock out my 1975 (the Brock looks way better in hand than it does in the picture) and 1974 sets.

His RC is one of the first cards I remember. 1965 was the year I entered the football card world and for some reason his card stuck out to me along with Don Meredith and Jerry Tubb's Cowboy cards.

Not that familiar with the set, did it have the villians in it? Forgot Julie Newmar was in the TV show.........Been awhile since I've seen it......I do remember her line "Purr-fect".......

I quickly looked at the Batman cards on Trading card database and it looks like they had 11 card subsets of the main villan within the set. The card you posted says card 1 of 11 of Batman vs the Joker and it looks like they did the same for the other main bad guys (and girl!).

I'm pretty sure this set corresponded with the TV show also from 1966. The 'roided up Batman in the card set looks nothing like Adam West physique wise but the artist did a pretty good job with Cat Woman looking like Julie Newmar. But then again he had a lot to work with.

Quick Julie Newmar factoid. Her dad played for the Los Angeles Buccaneers of the National Football League in the 1920s. I'm going to guess she got her height from him and her looks from her mom. LOL
