In 1991 he had an Upper Deck baseball card that was a big deal for a short time. With Bo and Deion being such phenoms, many collectors thought D. J. was the next big multi sport star. But much like I always say many of these prospects that card collectors chase end up being suspects. He was an All Amnerican running back at Penn State and must have been a quality baseball player there as well but his careers seemed to have fizzled out pretty quickly.

With my kid working at the post office now, we have a lead on new stamps. Looking forward to the Bald Eagle ones that come out in May, and I found out that the First Day ceremony will be held at the National Eagle Center in Wabasha, MN about a half hour north of the town I grew up in.

I thought it was just the first one... and I was bummed! Then I saw arrows... the 1 year old and Adult are the best imo. Think I'll get those. But to have all of them would be cool too. We will see how the bank is handling my money then.... somehow the money they have of mine gets less and less every few days! I may need to complain!
I think if you get the sheet it should have all 4 images and in the 4 or 5 rows, however many stamps come in a sheet these days....makes me long for the days as a teen and getting stamps for my ttm craze and having mom complain about the 5 bucks it was for a book of stamps in the late 80s...I thought it was just the first one... and I was bummed!
