I'll always view Bob McAdoo as a Buffalo Brave. That was a really high scoring team with him, Randy Smith, Ernire DiGregorio, Gar Heard and Jack Ramsey as the coach. It was really great to see an NBA team in upstate NY since the Rochester Royals and Syracuse Nationals had moved away years ago. They were certainly playoff contenders but could never get by the likes of the Celtics and Bullets.

Here is a McAdoo stat for you. He is the last player to average 30 points and 15 rebounds/pg in a season. I think that was the year he won the NBA MVP.
