Sadly, this is why I stopped collecting football cards as a youngster. I couldn't handle the no-logos!I don't think Lilly cared who he hit as long as he hit somebody!

Gas was about $.35 a gallon so $2.50 doesn't seem like a lot.........Never went to Crosley, was too young and my dad and my uncles were usually imbibing.........They always took the train anyway..........$2.50???? That is an outrage! Corporate greed!!! I'm shocked they did not ask for your first born!
He's a HOF'er in my mind..........Plus he was from OH and that goes a long way too.........Rose not yet. Hopefully soon.
Cool backstory.......I never heard of this incident until reading about it a few weeks ago... MJ got his game jersey stolen from his locker right before game time while on a road trip. Well back in the day I guess teams traveled light because there was no back-up jersey of his available. The team even went to lengths to find a fan in the stands with his jersey on to beg to borrow it but were all too small. So he was forced to wear #12 for the night... immortalized in this card I got in trade from @SymphonicMetal. Thanks Jeff!
They eventually found MJ's jersey neatly folded in a ceiling. A worker had planned to come back and get it after the game but was not successful.
This dude kicked butt then dropped off the face of the earth.I guess I had another auto/swatch........
