Cool pic! I was having trouble figuring out what uniform he was wearing until I enlarged the pic. I don't think I've ever seen him in any uniform besides the Redskins and any other number but 42 so that pic really threw me off.
I used to know the sequence of pro football career reception leaders so this may be off. Don Hutson, broken by Raymond Berry, broken by Don Maynard, broken by Grand Prairie's finest, broken by Steve Largent, broken by Art Monk broken by Jerry Rice.
If that is correct, I'll really be impressed with myself! LOL

Everyone was hunting for Manziel in 2014 and it turns out we should have been looking for this beast!
I remember Ray being drafted by the Timberwolves and if I remember correctly, traded later that night to the Bucks for Stephon Marbury. Makes you wonder how a Garnett/Allen/Lattner trio would have been.

Yes, I remember that too! And I double checked it too:
June 26, 1996: Drafted by the Minnesota Timberwolves in the 1st round (5th pick) of the 1996 NBA Draft.
June 26, 1996: Traded by the Minnesota Timberwolves with a 1998 1st round draft pick (Rasho Nesterović was later selected) to the Milwaukee Bucks for Stephon Marbury.
Starbury was pretty solid in Minnesota, but not as good as Ray Allen!

Ithink I would have made that trade is I were the T-Wolves as well. Hindsight is 20-20/
THe Bucks "made up" for that great move by trading Dirk Nowitzki for Robert "Tractor" Traylor in the 1998 Draft. At the time Euro players were considered soft but Traylor always looked way out of shape and did not have an NBA body. Tragically Traylor died of a massive heart attack at age 34.
Traylor had modest success with the Bucks. I think he was part of 01 team that made it to the conference finals, along with Allen and Big Dog Glenn Robinson. Unfortunately Iverson and the 6ers were too much for that young team
You had me curious as to this so I looked some stuff up just now. You had everything correct except Tractor Traylor was not on that team. He was on Cleveland (I think) but he only played 2 years in Milwaukee and left before that Conference Finals season.
His stats with the Bucks were just awful. I'm sure his weight was the major factor in his lack of success in his entire careeer. Man, dying of a heart attack at age 34 is just awful even worse when one is a professional athlete!!
Well to be fair, some stuff gets fuzzy after almost 25 years! Wasn't totally sure if he was still there or not. I had saw an article about the anniversary of Hank Gathers death earlier this week. And thinking of other basketball players who have passed tragically, Len Bias, and didn't Reggie Lewis pass during his career.
