Only thing missing on that card would be an autograph! That's my tri-fecta of a perfect card....nice looking patch, autograph, and ser #d to 25 or less....as much of fan of die-cuts I is, that's just being greedy to put that in the tri-fecta and take something out...I guess I could Mount Rushmore it?
Agreed! Never seen Mount Rushmore though... the actual mountain or the card version.Only thing missing on that card would be an autograph! The inserts in the 1999 Donruss Preferred QBC were really nice. I'm tempted to try to complete some of them but with me having about 200 sets I am working on (not a joke) I really can't start any more sets. But those inserts from thtt set are really nice!
It is hard to name an NFL or an AFL uniform from the mid 60s through 70s that changed for the better. Bucs? No Chargers? No Patriots? No. Broncos? No. Oilers/Titans? No. Maybe the Bengals.Gotta love that creamsicle!!

You're right on... but most older logos from anything are better than the replacement. It is hard to name an NFL or an AFL uniform from the mid 60s through 70s that changed for the better. Bucs? No Chargers? No Patriots? No. Broncos? No. Oilers/Titans? No. Maybe the Bengals.
And I just realized that except for the Bucs all the cool, old school unis were from the AFL. Probably one of the reasons I gravitated heavily towards that league as a kid.
