I know where he was going, unfortunately.......the subject was early cowboys

Is he just doing this now? I remember seeing in the dugout of an MLB game not long ago as some coach (possibly hitting) and thinking, man those roids really messed him up!Mark McGwire is a A's roving instructor and made a low key appearance at a local minor league affiliate. He was so nice to all 10 of us at the game who knew who he was. Signed and took pics for everyone.

Yeah, I think he was a full time hitting coach for the dodgers and padres prior to working for the A'sIs he just doing this now? I remember seeing in the dugout of an MLB game not long ago as some coach (possibly hitting) and thinking, man those roids really messed him up!
Cool, cool... helping the younger guys hone their skills instead of babysitting Major Leaguers. I never got into baseball like football but when a game with McGwire was on I usually watched.Yeah, I think he was a full time hitting coach for the dodgers and padres prior to working for the A's
I cannot take Romo as a color commentator. He just won't shut up! He needs to learn "less is more". It's not an anti Cowboy thing as I really like Aikman as a color guy since he doesn't over talk, doesn't have to prove how smart he is and has a dry sense of humor. You can hate on Romo... it's easy, but he has Cowboys records in: Yards, TD's, Game-Winning Drives, 4th Quarter Comebacks, and bone-headed field goal holds. And dadgummit he had guts! Broken ribs, broken collar bone, spinal fractures... he still tried to play.
He needs to let the players play, though, while he's commentating, instead of predicting every play...
And now my card... lol

Aikman might have been thumped in the head so many times when he played that he's unable to process the plays like Romo... Aikman might need those extra 5 or 10 seconds to watch the replay before commenting. I kid, I kid... it's just personality differences. You can tell Aikman is a guy that is observant and thinks before he talks. Romo just blurts out whatever his brain comes up with.I cannot take Romo as a color commentator. He just won't shut up! not sure but i think he was hitting coach for the cards. don't remember him as hitting coach for the dodgers.Yeah, I think he was a full time hitting coach for the dodgers and padres prior to working for the A's
the thing that's so sad about these guys - mcgwire, sosa, bonds, clemens, manny, a-rod - they all dominated without them and would have been 1st ballot hof. what a waste. Is he just doing this now? I remember seeing in the dugout of an MLB game not long ago as some coach (possibly hitting) and thinking, man those roids really messed him up!
My guess just looking at ebay sold graded green shimmer football, I think $250 would be a good estimate. Can anyone tell me what's this worth?
I think for each guy that got caught during the big crackdown there were at least 10 that didn't get caught. I bet there were dozens of other HOF caliber players injecting something that we will probably never know about.the thing that's so sad about these guys - mcgwire, sosa, bonds, clemens, manny, a-rod - they all dominated without them and would have been 1st ballot hof. what a waste.
Soooo...... ummmm...... I may have given some bad advice there, bud. I saw "RC" and "/5" and "SGC 9"..... my mind kinda went a bit high. There's no way you'll get $250 for it. I'm sorry! You may want to start at $150 and see what happens in a few weeks. Don't be upset, I've been there... but you may only end up getting $50 for it. At least re-coup the money you put in to get it graded then forget about it, like everyone will probably forget about Kenny Pickett. Can anyone tell me what's this worth?
But what if he wins the starter job, goes 12-5 and takes the Browns to the AFC Championship Game...Soooo...... ummmm...... I may have given some bad advice there, bud. Sorry again!!

Then 2 crows will have died... from me having to eat both!!But what if he wins the starter job, goes 12-5 and takes the Browns to the AFC Championship Game...
I don't think you'll have to worry about that according to this new article. Then 2 crows will have died... from me having to eat both!!
Ok good for me, bad for Kenny... I said he may become a roving backup then fizzle out in about 5 years. He might not make it that long! At least he got a Super Bowl ring he can sell later.I don't think you'll have to worry about that according to this new article.
