Dale was traded to the Packers a few years after this card was made where he won 3 NFL Championships and 2 Super Bowls. Dowler and Dale were the Packers starting wideouts in their mid 60s championship run.
Great player! And his RC books only $5. That's not bad for the 64th best WR in NFL History according to the HOF monitor on FootballReference.com.

One of the coolest purchases I've made in a while... got this and the 10 card set of Troy Aikman A Cut Above Jumbo cards in Original box factory sealed. Not worth a bundle , but very cool!

Those mid-60s Packers were probably the greatest team ever. Hall of Famers or near Hall of Famers at virtually every position.

For some reason this card only showed up in the Green tab McDonalds version and not the other three (Black, Blue and Orange). I think this particular card was distributed nationwide and not regionally like the other team sets. Now I'm curious to look up the back story on this particular card. I'm thinking he was a late signing after the USFL folded and the Green tab McDonalds cards were the last ones distributed chronologically.
I know 1987 Topps is considered his RC but am mystified as to why the 1984 Topps USFL one is not. I don't think that card even had an XRC designation on it like so many baseball traded cards do (ie 1986 Traded/Update Barry Bonds).

Notice the scratch off is different than the others also... can u figure that one out while u solve the rest of those issues? I am curious about that!
For some reason that Walker card was available everywhere in the Northeast where the rest of the Green Cowboys were not. Good catch on the differnt sty;le tab too.
I think Herchel's Cowboy cards should be called MDGA since he was the major factor in Making Dallas Great Again. LOL

I know one player who is no longer a candidate for MDGA and that is Arch Manning. From Heisman frontrunner and projected 1st overall pick to possibly being replaced at starting QB in about a month. Looks like I was correct about him being overrrated as well as Jasssssssssson Dominguez in MLB.
I don't think Gak Prescott is your problem either. Dallas shoud use all those draft Picks to fill other needs.

Can we say DEFENSIVE OVERHAUL??? And don't use today's beat down of the Jets as an excuse. The defense of The Cowboys is one of the worst in the NFL... I know a guy that could've been the building block of the defense, but something happened to him... can't quite remember...
