Not some much a magic box but a grow box.........You plant them and they sprout up beautiful things.........
lol Like Jack and the Bean Stalk.... I'll trade you that fooball box for some Folgers unprocessed beans! Primo stuff there!
The ironic part of todays entry... Jay Novacek was the FG/XP holder because he had such good hands. Remind you of another Cowboys holder??? Ughh...

Both his college and main pro team both had the name Cowboys. I knew he played for the Cardinals early in his careeer but did not know he was with them for 5 years and was with them originally in St Louis.. He also competed in the 1984 Olympic Trials in the Decathalon. Outside of his football and track and field skills he really was not much of an athlete. LMAO!!

I don't know how magic it is - but I do I have a football shoebox! Mostly 70s stuff. Which I, honestly, would be very happy to unload all of.
Unload your football? What kind of heathen are you? And you live in Pa. no less!!

I know there are not a lot of football first guys on this site but sometime you might want to post these 70s in the football for trade or vintage for trade room and see if anyone is interested.

If I had a "clapping emoji" it'd be giving a standing ovation! If it had feet!
I don't have any Baseball for trade... but possibly, just possibly would you want to trade some of those 70's Cowboys for newer cards???

SDSU or Montana State, right? He still has a ranch up in them parts.
Regardless of his play, the dude was a huge fan-favorite. Pretty sure The Cowboys used him as an extra blocker. Not just chip block and go out for a pass a-la Witten/Kelce... but double team those edge rushers.

I think you meant to quote Katester on the trade portion of your post.

There are not many of us Football Firsters. You, me, Hodee is Marcus Harristein first, I assume with her username Dezgirl88 is another. And one or two others. Pretty much everybody else here are card carrying Communists.

Wyoming. He along with Josh Allen and Jim Kiick are the only prominant NFL players from that school I can name. Interesting that he never played for the Arizona Cardinals but was with them when they were St. Louis and Phoenix,

I could fill volumes with my knowledge of useless NFL/AFL trivia, I should write a book. LMAO!!!

Funny u say that... most popular threads a few days ago... all baseball!! But, I think we hold it down pretty good just focusing on a man's sport!! lmao

I do think though that you have cleaned out all the Cowboys cards I had from the 70s/80s in an earlier trade.

Eventually I will get them posted. I have so many organization projects started, I need to start following through and completing some of them! It is time for me to start thinning the collection down to nothing but PC items - that is basically Topps Flagship/Update sets and Kirby Puckett cards - everything other than that needs to go.
