the st paul superstar show is a regular size bb card but has no mfg name. back of the card has the 3rd annual title, the dates of the show, "the brightest stars display today's newest sporting goods" and promotional use only
the hall of gold has a diagonal sample on fron and back
the elite series has diagonal sample card on fron and back
you are correct on the national sports collectors convention card
the goodwin is the preview card itself..........does not say sample or promo
