I have these 2010 Topps Chrome Billingsley purple refractor /599, 2011 Bowman green Kyle Russell /450 and a 2010 Topps chrome Furcal refractor #169 on my desk....I didn't check your wantlists as these were sitting on my desk....I will check in later and take a look.

i need the cards that you listed. problem is finding values of the promos....dont have a beckett subscript. i may be able to track down the Ripken values thru COMC. do you have access to values? don

Okay, I do have Beckett online so I went searching. Here is what I found.

Ripken, Cal 199? St Paul, Mn 3rd Annual Superstar Show Promo (I could not find this one - Is there anymore information you can give me about it? Maker of the card? Any other print on the cards? A card #)
Ripken, Cal 1994 Score Hall Of Gold Sample HG-5 (The actual card is $10.00, it is HG6 though. I don't see a promo listed.)

the st paul superstar show is a regular size bb card but has no mfg name. back of the card has the 3rd annual title, the dates of the show, "the brightest stars display today's newest sporting goods" and promotional use only
the hall of gold has a diagonal sample on fron and back
the elite series has diagonal sample card on fron and back
you are correct on the national sports collectors convention card
the goodwin is the preview card itself..........does not say sample or promo
