Topps NOW got me again

Every time there is an event, Topps NOW will promote a current event that they feel the need to make a card for (A player blinks or breathes, a card is made). I have bought a few Topps NOW baseball cards.
This time, I decided to buy two of the "The US Penny" commemorative cards. Not sure why, I don't collect coins, but whatever. They're in my collection NOW

I notice when you buy Topps NOW cards, Topps mentions you have a chance of pulling a low serial numbered card, auto card, etc. Although I have never been one of those lucky ones, got me thinking. Has anyone bought a Topps NOW cards and received one of those rare cards?

do they send you the special card along with the base you expected or does the special come in place of?

I was looking at the card on Topps website and see this:

US Penny - 2025 Topps NOW® Card - PR: 76,972​

is the PR the number of cards made? (if it is, that's a lot!)

I was fortunate to receive a s/n parallel out of the boatload of Braves NOW cards I bought during the 2023 season. It came in the same little Topps plastic vault along with the base card.

When you receive these special cards, are you buying multiple copies of the expected.card, or just one?
